February

Feb. 5th - Tuition is due! $75 for preschool and $40 for Little Learners

Feb. 5th - 8th - Preschoolers will work on letter Q with queens and quilts as well as Valentine themed crafts and centers. Little Learners will start a 2 week Valentine unit.

Feb. 9th - No school for teacher professional development

Feb. 12th - 16th - Valentines week for Preschool! We will have crafts and centers themed around Valentines day. Preschoolers will decorate cereal boxes for a Valentine exchange and celebration. Bingo will also be played!

Feb. 19th - No school for Presidents Day

Feb 20th - 23rd - Preschool will learn about the Presidents holiday and review numbers and letters for the upcoming parent teacher conferences. Little Learners will learn about penguins.

Feb. 26th - 29th - Preschoolers will work on letter R, rabbits, and rainbows.

Feb 29th - Preschool spring conferences starting at 3:15!

March

March 1st - No school

March 4th-8th - Letter S week for Preschoolers will have them making striped snakes.

 

Preschool were busy bees as they learned about letter B. They worked on colors, counting, patterns, coloring and cutting.

Teddy bear week was a hit in Little Learners. Their bears enjoyed coming to school and joining the fun!

Preschoolers read and learned about Pete the Cat and letter C.

Little Learners created Pete the Kitty and read some great stories about him.

Preschool learned about dinosaurs during letter D week. They went on a dinosaur hunt to the Lost World dinosaur park on Main street.

Little Learners had a fun week with dinosaurs.

Letter E week had Preschoolers excited to learn more about elephants.

Little Learners started week 1 of their farm unit. They talked about animals that live on farms and the sounds they make.

Preschoolers had a fun filled week with Letter F, fish and fire safety!

Little Learners completed their 2 week unit on farm animals, their babies, and the sounds they make.

Little Learners worked on cutting and drawing as they made ghosts for Halloween.

Preschoolers learned about letter G and made ghosts for the upcoming holiday.

Little Learners started a fall unit with scarecrows, fall colored leaves and turkeys to hang on the bulletin board.

Preschool learned about igloos and measuring by inches on Letter I week!

Little Learners got together to celebrate Halloween on Monday the 30th. There were special games, treats, and dancing!

Preschoolers worked on letter H and celebrated Halloween in one week!

Little Learners mad turkeys with simple shapes to review them.

Letter J week had Preschoolers learning about jellyfish.

Little Learners mad sticker turkeys and painted turkeys.

Preschoolers celebrated Thanksgiving with games, crafts, special treats and Bingo!

Little Learners decorated standing Christmas trees with stickers to improve fine motor skills.

Preschool made kinds,keys and painted with Kool-Aid during letter K week.

Littler Learners learned the song 3 Christmas Trees and made projects to go with them.

Letter L week had Preschoolers learning about lions!

Little Learners made cute red nosed reindeer to take home and decorate the hallway with.

Letter M week was all about mice for Preschoolers. They created them, painted them, and counted them.

Little Learners made mittens and talked about what they wear in winter weather.

Preschoolers created nests, nets, and noodle necklaces for letter N week.

Little Learners spent 2 weeks on cute snowman creations and winter.

Preschoolers practiced counting to 8 with all the orange octopus they created.

Little Learners created cute groundhogs for the week leading up to Groundhog’s Day.

Preschool learned about letter P and penguins. They also made predictions on whether the groundhog would see his shadow or not.

Little Learners started two weeks of heart projects for Valentine’s day.

Letter Q week had preschoolers making quilts, queens, and trying out quills.
