Moving furniture and classroom materials as needed
Other duties as assigned by the maintenance supervisor
Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Willingness to perform physical labor in both indoor and outdoor settingstem description

Location: Hettinger Public School
Position: Activity Bus Driver (All School Activities – 2025–2026 School Year)
Start Date: August 2025
Application Deadline: Open until filledHettinger Public School is accepting applications for a reliable and flexible Activity Bus Driver to transport students and staff to and from school-sponsored events, including athletic competitions, field trips, and extracurricular activities, during the 2025–2026 school year.
Qualifications:
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with school bus and passenger endorsements
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism
Availability to drive evenings and occasional weekends
Prior bus driving experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Safely transport students and staff to scheduled events across the region
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Communicate effectively with coaches, staff, and administration
Ensure student safety and appropriate behavior while in transit
Maintain accurate records of travel and mileage as required
Schedule & Compensation:
Variable hours based on scheduled events and activities
Competitive wages starting at $14.50 an hour
