K12 Email Set Up
*** Please Note: After this process is complete, you will be able to reset your password whenever you want to provided you remember the answers to your five security questions. ***
Using internet explorer or google chrome, click this link >> Password Registration << and it will open up in a new tab. Don’t close out of any tabs yet.
You will see 2 fields. Username and Password.
Type your account in (example: email@example.com) and click the sign in button and wait (up to 1 minute) for the following page to load.
Then click the next button and submit your temporary password once more. Note: Your temporary password will be on the sheet your admin gives you.
Answer five security questions and click next.
(Make sure they are easy to remember!)
You should now see the phrase “Completed: You are now registered” You can now go to this link >> Password Reset << and change your password by submitting the requested information on the website. (Your password MUST have at least 1 capital letter, 1 lower case letter, and 1 number
Finally login to your k12 email account with this link >> 365 Login <<
You can always find this link (Titled Office 365) at the bottom navigation bar of the schools website. (See highlighted link below)
CONGRATULATIONS! You now have access to your k12 email ACCOUNT AND THE OFFICE 365 SUITE!
It’s important to note that you now also have access to the online Microsoft suite including word, powerpoint, and excel. Just click on the grid box icon on the top left of your window after you login to your email account. You also have OneDrive which automatically saves these files online so you can access them at school & at home with your laptop or phone.
Want to download programs like Word & Office to your personal device?
Log into Office 365 on the Web from your device
Click on the gear and scroll down to Office 365
Click on install status on the left-hand side.
Click on "Install desktop applications" to install on your device
