First Graders Get a Look Inside the Multimedia Studio

In early October, Mrs. Larson’s first-grade class visited the Multimedia Studio to learn more about what happens behind the scenes during school broadcasts.

As soon as the students joined the anchors, many of them quickly figured out what to do and had big smiles on their faces. Some students even got the chance to try their hand at presenting the weather, while others experienced what it was like to work in the producer’s booth and push the buttons that help make a broadcast happen.

The visit was a real “cup-filling” experience for Mr. Janikowski and Mrs. Larson. The students were cheerful, excited and respectful of the equipment throughout their visit.

Thank you to Mrs. Larson’s class for stopping by the Multimedia Studio!
